At The Nurture Network, we believe in honoring time, energy, and mutual respect. Every offering—whether a one-on-one session, group experience, or immersive retreat—is crafted with care. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our shared spaces and ensure that each experience remains rooted in intention.

1. Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

• No-shows are also charged the full session fee.

• One grace reschedule per quarter is offered for emergencies—no questions asked.

• If we ever need to reschedule or cancel a session, we will provide at least 24 hours’ notice and offer priority rescheduling.

2. Virtual Events

• Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as digital materials and facilitation time have already been committed.

• Replays or recordings may be available for select sessions, though live participation is always encouraged.

3. Group Programs

• Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance → Full refund

• Cancellations made 3–6 days in advance → 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance → Non-refundable

Transfers & Substitutions

• You may transfer your spot to another participant up to 24 hours before the program begins. Please notify us with their full name and contact details.

• Transfers are not available after the program has started.

Minimum Enrolment

Each group experience is cultivated with care. If minimum enrolment is not met, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the program. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or priority placement in the next offering.

4. In-Person Events, Intensives & Retreats

• Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.

• Cancellations made 14–29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable, due to venue, catering, and material commitments.

• You may transfer your spot to another guest up to 72 hours before the event begins.

• Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis, pending approval and alignment with the event’s intention.
